Tom Clark Gnome “Jumping Jack”. It is Cairn item #6311 Retired Ed #83. This gnome was created by Tom Clark in 1994 and is retired. It is 10 1/4″ H x 7″ W. The gnome is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
