Description
This is a vintage Charleston South Carolina Souvenir Collector Plate. The raised images included the state flower, sweet jessamine, as well as the great magnolia flower with a horse and carriage. It is vintage from the 1970s and measures 8 1/4″ in diameter. There are some small paint chips which can be touched up. See photos.
